Aiora Press (aiorabooks.com, aioralivres.com, aioralibri.com, aiora.gr ― also “we”, “us” and “our”) respects your personal data and takes into account your concerns about privacy. Our sites run and use data in compliance to the European General Data Protection Regulation, 2016/679.

 

What kind information we collect, keep and use; and how

 

  1. i) In case you have made an online purchase from our e-shop, you have filled in the necessary information for it. In particular: First Name, Surname, Delivery Address, Telephone Number, E-mail Address. This information is used solely for this particular order and is not used in any other way. For the secure payment methods please see the paragraph about Transaction Security as well as the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of your bank and Alpha Bank, Greece.
  2. ii) In case you have signed up as a member of our sites or signed up for our newsletter and informational e-mails, or in case you have participated in contests, surveys, special promotions, or in case you have submitted user generated content in any part of our sites that allow it, you have filled in the necessary information for these actions.

iii) In case you gave us your information (first name, surname and e-mail address) in written form. In such cases you may have also provided your professional information which will only be used for targeted communication, for example if you are a primary school teacher and you have specifically told us that you want information about new children books.

At Aiora Press we do not ask for, we do not collect and we do not render or use any other personal information.

All the above data remain protected and stored in a way as secured as possible, and only authorised company personnel has access. However, please keep in mind that no data storage or digital data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

 

We do not use or disclose your personal information to any companies, individuals, organisations etc. We are not going to send you any e-mail, newsletters, promotional material etc on behalf of third parties.

 

You may always opt-out of receiving future newsletters and any other emails from Aiora Press. You can do so by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button or by sending us a message at info@aiorabooks.com. In this case all your information is deleted.

 

Please note that there are links, plug-ins and buttons in our web pages that link to social media or other sites. These internet sites are beyond our responsibility and they operate under their own privacy policy and data protection rules.

 

At Aiora Press we have no intention to ask for or collect any personal information from or regarding children. If you, as parent or legal guardian, have noticed that your children have disclosed personal data to us, please let us know and we will immediately take action to delete all relevant information.

You can use debit, credit or prepaid cards (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express) for your online transactions, through the secure transaction system of Alpha Bank, Greece. Return Orders

 

You may return your order within 15 days of the order confirmation at your own expense. Products must be in good condition and accompanied by their original receipts.

 

Order Cancellation

 

If you wish to cancel an order after a successful payment has gone through the bank’s payment environment, please contact us through email or telephone as soon as possible, before your order is shipped, so we can refund the total amount of money payed. In case the order has already been shipped please refer to the Return Orders section.
