You can use debit, credit or prepaid cards (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express) for your online transactions, through the secure transaction system of Alpha Bank, Greece. For any other method of payment and for orders heavier than two kilos please email us at email@example.com.
You may return your order within 15 days of the order confirmation at your own expense. Products must be in good condition and accompanied by their original receipts.
If you wish to cancel an order after a successful payment has gone through the bank’s payment environment, please contact us through email or telephone as soon as possible, before your order is shipped, so we can refund the total amount of money payed. In case the order has already been shipped please refer to the Return Orders section.
